Hands On
All VLJ Pastry workshops can be held in Frenchs Forest or at your premise; and led personally by Vanessa. Groups are kept deliberately small, usually 2 to 4 person, so every participant gets full attention and leaves with real, transferable technique. You'll use Grand Chef recipes, authentic French chocolate, and standard home kitchen equipment. Everything you make, you take home.
Workshops run on scheduled dates and are also available on demand for private groups.
Master French meringue, macaronage and silky ganache fillings. You'll leave with perfectly crisp shells and the confidence to make them again at home.
